Egypt’s Redcon unit launches medical district flagship
Project will include a medical building on a space of 11,000 square metres
Egypt’s Redcon Construction Company said Monday its unit has launched Alburouj Medical District project in favour of the county’s property developer Capital Group Properties (CGP). Redcon Medical Parks will build the medical district, with investments estimated at two billion Egyptian pounds ($113.2 million) in Ismailia desert road.
The first phase of Alburouj Medical District project will include a medical building on a space of 11,000 square metres, to be part of a large medical complex spanning over 33,000 square metres, Hazem Ashry, Redcon Medical Parks’ chairman, said.
