The Gate Tower
The Gate Tower one of our extraordinary and iconic ongoing projects adorning the magnificent North Coast of Egypt. In partnership with NUCA (New Urban Communities Authority), we are erecting an architectural masterpiece that proudly claims the title of the tallest tower on the African Mediterranean Coast.
Latin District
REDCON Construction takes pride in its extensive scope, handling Construction & Finishes (Arch & MEP) for 10 Clusters featuring 41 Residential Buildings with 9 unique types, including podiums. Additionally, we are responsible for Infrastructure and Landscape development in the plaza area.
Maspero Towers
As part of the Maspero Triangle Development Project, this was executed in collaboration with NUCA and ACE to ensure the highest standards of construction. Our scope is comprised of 5 towers, 24 stories each, including podiums for commercial use as well as an administrative floor, and two parking floors. Maspero is a unique project for its worth to the neighborhood and its value added to the Egyptian development scene.
Central Park
The Central Park, a breathtaking masterpiece and one of the

parks in the
Middle East. It is an integral part of the urban fabric of
